Ingredients
Pumpkin Coffee Mix
- ¾ cup pumpkin puree
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup coffee
Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 8 cups milk (of choice)
Instructions
Prepare the Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mix
In a medium size bowl, mix together the pumpkin puree, maple syrup and spice. Pour in the prepared coffee and stir until smooth.
Hot Pumpkin Spice Latte
Heat a cup of milk in the microwave or in a pot on the stove. Add 4 to 6 tablespoons of the Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mix. Stir until well combined. Enjoy immediately.
Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
Fill an ice cube tray with the Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mix. Each cavity should hold about 1 tablespoon of the mix. Freeze until set.
To Serve: In a tall glass, pour 1 cup of milk over 4-6 of the frozen pumpkin mix cubes. As the ice melts, stir well to combine.
